Check every line against the panel and fix anything misread, then run it.
The shell is not an active ingredient, and Korea's register says nothing about it. It does change who can take a supplement, and it changes how well the contents keep.
None of these is better in the abstract. An oil or an antioxidant benefits from an oxygen barrier; a moisture-sensitive powder benefits from a dry shell. What a label tells you is which trade the maker chose.
Korea grades a functional ingredient by how much human evidence sits behind it, and the grade is baked into the approved phrasing rather than printed separately.
So recognition tells you an ingredient cleared a regulatory bar, not that the evidence behind it is strong. The dossiers themselves are submitted by the applying company and are not published, so the grade is as far as the public record goes.
Recognition is a regulatory record kept by the Republic of Korea. It is not a finding that an ingredient works, and it carries no standing in the United States.
An ingredient with no entry has either not been read here yet, or has no Korean recognition on file. Neither is a finding of ineffectiveness or of harm.
